In case the client has deposited/attempted to deposit and/or has uploaded any documentation and/or has taken any other action on their trading account, then account deletion is not possible since the data must be kept in the system for 7 years from the account closure date.
*Data to be kept in case the client has taken any action:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Document Translations
- Member Profile changes
- Appropriateness Test
- Alerts
- Due Diligence
- Date of Birth
- Country of Residence
- Phone Number
- Address Details (Street, City, Zip, Region)
In case the client has not deposited/attempted to deposit and/or uploaded any documentation and/or taken any other action on their trading account, then they can delete their account right away.
Account deletion can be achieved directly through the dashboard and the BDSwiss Online Trading Mobile App available on both iOS and Android (under developer name: FinTechX) platforms.
*Data to be deleted if the client has not completed any action:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Country of Residence
- Phone Number
- Address Details (Street, City, Zip, Region)
How to delete your account through Dashboard:
Go to Profile and Settings ➡️ Privacy ➡️ Delete my account.
How to delete your account through the BDSwiss iOS Mobile App:
Go to More ➡️ Settings ➡️ Delete Account
How to delete your account through the BDSwiss Android Mobile App:
Go to More ➡️ Settings ➡️ Delete Account
In case you are unable to delete your account, you can email [email protected], with your request for account closure.
